COO & CFO:, a certified accountant with more than 30 years of experience in managing business development, corporate finance, accounts, human resources and managing operations in various industries. She was with PPB Oil Palm Berhad (a listed agricultural entity within Kuok Group) and was in charge of treasury and finance for 13 operating companies within the group since 1998. In 2000, She came to Singapore and joined DFS Group Limited (a duty free retail group under LVMH) as the Finance manager to cover the Asia Pacific finance and accounts function. Subsequently, she joined an SESDAQ-listed company as a Group Accountant. Since 2005, she has joined Dato’ Dr Jannie Chan’s CSL GROUP of companies as Chief Finance Officer to manage her overseas and local businesses, including mining, plantation, biotechnology, trading and retail business. In 2008, Kelly also managing a group of companies, Animal Recovery Centre Pte Ltd (a veterinary hospital business and pet health supplementary company) as Finance Director, overseeing day-to-day finance and accounts functions while working closely with the operation and marketing team on the business development area. She has been handling two groups of companies. In 2019, Kelly has set up Animal Wellness Centre Pte Ltd with Senior Surgeon & Veterinarian, Dr Jean Paul Ly. Year 2021, both founders has setup another hospital (24 hours emergency hospital) named Animal Wellness Referral Centre Pte Ltd. Dr. Daniel Teh is an Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore and the co-founder of Ascension Onco-Therapeutics. He has extensive experience in photodynamic therapy and is the inventor of the near-infrared implantable. He serves as the non-executive director at Ascension Onco-Therapeutics. His work has won hin pretigious awards including the Junior Chamber's International Ten Outstanding Young Persons (Singaporean) Award in 2020 and NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, Outstanding Research Fellow Award. Dr. Teh has dedicated his research to study PDT as an alternative to standard treatment in cancer in interdisciplinary manner, including developing light sensitive drugs, understanding the optimal light spectrum and intensity and the cellular response to cancer cells. He was the National Medical Research Council Young Investigator Awardee in 2020 as well for his PDT work. He has been featured in press and has delivered numerous international talks.
